As an Instructional Designer, Training Manager, and teacher, I have successfully delivered dozens of engaging and effective e-learning modules for various industries, including medical, construction, and transportation. I have collaborated with subject matter experts, IT, and marketing teams to create educational content that meets the needs and expectations of the end-users and the stakeholders.

I hold a master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, as well as certifications in Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation and IC AGILE. I have also led professional development sessions on various authoring tools, audio development, and cloud-based SaaS. I am passionate about helping others succeed and building high-performing teams. I am currently looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and expertise in ID and L&D within a rewarding environment.
